• Undertake baseline activities in villages
• Identify key informants (KI) in schools, communities, mosques/religious places, local institutions etc. during initial demand creation process.
• Provide local facilitation to conduct capacity building sessions I.e. schools teachers, CRPs, Masons, entrepreneurs etc. at village/community level
• Formation of WASH clubs in schools
• Formation of Village Sanitation Committee (VSCs) or Re-activation of existing VOs
• Ensure record keeping/proceedings of VSCs’ meetings
• Identify CRPs as per agreed criteria to undertake PATS activities
• Facilitate the process of Community Action Plans (CAPs) in villages
• Ensure that CRP performs their responsibilities as per agreed TORs
• Provide support to CRP in CLTS triggering activities
• Identify poorest of the poor for demo latrines in village (3%)
• Facilitate VSC & CRP in identification of entrepreneur and maintain liaison Building relationships with community groups and identifying opportunities/sites for community work placements
• Attending and actively participating in Field Officer meetings as required
• Organize meeting with rural people for program introduction meeting at a specific place.
• Formation of community Organization and conducting regular meeting with them.
• Participate cos meeting during follow up visits with a planned schedule.
• Social mobilization/Awareness sessions.
• Assist engineering staff in assessment and installation of Biogas plant, Monitoring, Reporting and feedback on hardware project progress.
